The Micro (OTTER)

The tiniest cups in our shop. They're wheelthrown individually on a miniature pottery wheel, handled, fired, glazed- all the same steps as our regular mugs.

These Micros have gone through a third lustre firing. Premium real 22kt gold lustre is hand painted on the rim and speckled on the body, bringing them to a whole new level of shine.

OTTER is rustic and classic. Perfectly balanced with an equal weight of warm grey, purple and copper. This shade of Otter is on a tan clay and appears darker.

Please note that gold lustre takes on the surface quality of the glaze, hence if a glaze is satin (like Concrete), the gold appears satin. The same applies for gloss glazes (resulting in glossy gold lustre).
